redt-testosterone-support-reviewReview Overview – What does RedT Male Testosterone Support do?

Brought to us by Alpha Health LLC, RedT Support is a testosterone booster on the market that is claimed to:

  • Support Healthy Testosterone Levels

But how well does it work?

In this review, we assess the servings, nutrients and safety surrounding RedT to see if it really is up to industry standards.

This is what we found:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only one serving a day there’s not a lot of benefit you can expect to get out of RedT Testosterone Support.

Testosterone levels need constant support in order to grow, and if you’re drip feeding them you’re going to get slow progress.

Ideally you need 3 – 4 servings a day, this keeps the nutrient flow to your hormones constant and keeps them always on the rise.

What about the ingredients in RedT Male Testosterone Support?

Not the best by a long shot.

There are so many ingredients in this product and not all of them are good.

In fact, there are only really 2 ingredients here that are really worth your time.

This is what you need to know:redt-testosterone-support-side-effects

Zinc

One of the best testosterone boosting minerals out there.

By being used for several reactions in the brain, Zinc helps promote the luteinzing hormone.

This is the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone. Great for boosting T.

Chrysin

A nutrient that’s typically found in mushroom that may help raise testosterone.

However, it has never worked with oral supplementation. It’s only been seen to work when injected directly into the testicles.

Stinging Nettle

Containing Beta Sitosterol, this nutrient is great for free testosterone.

By inhibiting Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (the protein that strips testosterone of its anabolic potency) stinging nettle lowers your overall active levels of SHBG.

With less SHBG, you have more free circulating testosterone.

Muira Puama

This nutrient have been seen to improve cognition.

This may make you more focused, but it doesn’t boost testosterone levels.

Guarana Extract

A herb that contains caffeine. It may promote energy levels but it does not improve testosterone levels.

Green Tea Extract

Another caffeinated herb that may promote fat burning.

This may help to some extent with fat loss, but it will not promote testosterone levels.

Tribulus Terrestris

This herb was once thought to promote testosterone, but studies have shown differently.

Unfortunately there are no reliable studies that confirm Tribulus as an effective t-booster, but it may have some mild effect on libido.

L-Arginine

An amino acid that may improve blood flow, but does not work with oral supplementation.

Studies have shown this amino acid does not absorb well with oral consumption.

DHEA

A nutrient that was thought to boost testosterone, however studies have shown that it may raise estrogen too.

It’s a risky choice, and incredibly unreliable.

Maca Root

Maca may help boost libido, but it’s not always effective.

It does not boost testosterone.

Norway Spruce Lignan

Research is still being done on this nutrient, but it does seem to help prostate health to a mild extent.

Again, this nutrient doesn’t raise testosterone.

Black Pepper

Nothing special here. Black pepper just increases overall absorption.redt-testosterone-support-results

As you can see this isn’t a great nutrient profile. Many of the ingredients here lack the clinical evidence to support their effectiveness with the only real nutrients being the zinc and the stinging nettle.

Those two alone however are not enough for effective results.

RedT Male Testosterone Support Review Conclusion

On the whole RedT isn’t the best testosterone booster on the market and there are several reasons why.

This is what you need to know:

  1. Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, there’s only so much benefit you can get from this kind of product.
  2. Ineffective Ingredients – Many ingredients used in RedT lack clinical backing.
  3. Missing Core Nutrients – Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid and Magnesium are all great choices, but all missing from this blend.
