How are the Servings?


With only one serving a day, there’s very little benefit you can expect to get out of a testosterone booster like this.

The problem is that naturally boosting your testosterone takes time, and to get the best results you need to be giving yourself a constant supply of the nutrients you need to fully develop and see effective results.

One serving a day is not going to cut that as there’s a huge 24 hour gap between servings. This gives your T-levels an opportunity to drop back down to their standard baseline and struggle to progress any further.

Ideally, what you need is something with 3 – 4 servings a day, this keeps the supply of testosterone boosting nutrients constant and allows you to progress much quicker.

LH is the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone – crucial to raising your T.

The results that DIM actually works are varied, and the main consensus is that it’s on the whole an unreliable product.


A herb that may indirectly help with testosterone. Ashwagandha has been linked to lowering stress levels and the body’s hormone cortisol – both of which that are linked to sapping testosterone.
