100-premium-t-booster-reviewDoes it work?

How does 100% Premium work?

The servings for this product definitely need work.

With only one serving a day of 4 capsules before bed, 100% Premium Testosterone Booster has one of the worst serving schedules we’ve seen.

The problem is that your T-levels are only getting topped-up once a day. For constant progression and results you need a T-Booster that provides around 3 – 4 servings a day to give you the most benefit.

As for the ingredients, it was a real mixed bag of both good and bad. Take a look at our highlights:

Zinc

This is a key testosterone boosting mineral and one that we’re pleased to see in 100% Premium.

With a generous, but sensible dose of Zinc, Premium Testosterone Booster helps support the production of Luteinzing Hormone your brain, which is the precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone.

Magnesium

This is another essential nutrient to the T-Boosting process, but helps more with promoting circulating testosterone.

By inhibiting the protein Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG – a diminisher to testosterone), magnesium reduces the amount of wasted T and allows more to be available in the body.

Tribulus Terrestris

This unfortunately isn’t a good nutrient. Tribulus is essentially a ‘fad’ ingredient which was constantly touted to be effective at boosting T, however, there have been no studies to support this.

It may help boost libido, but that’s it.

Fenugreek

Traditionally used to boost libido, Fenugreek actually indirectly helps boosts testosterone.

Known to regulate insulin levels, Fenugreek lowers blood sugar, which also lowers SHBG levels – and raises testosterone.

Boron

Another essential nutrient, mainly by it’s ability to boost free testosterone.

By binding to your body’s SHBG, boron supports more free testosterone circulating in your blood stream.

As you can see, there are a few reliable ingredients in here, however, there’s not as many as we’d like.

100% Premium Testosterone Booster seems to have chosen some good ingredients, but other choices like Tribulus Terrestris have really let it down.

MuscleTech 100% Premium Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

Overall this T-Booster has some good points, but also some really bad points.

Firstly, one of the main problems are the servings. With only 1 a day, you’re only going to get so much benefit from this product. Your T-levels will go without support for an entire 24 hours without a follow-up serving.

It’s too risky, and can really slow down your progress. You need something ideally that has around 3 – 4 servings a day for full benefit.

The ingredients however weren’t as bad, Zinc and Magnesium were nice to see, as was Fenugreek and Boron.

However choices like Tribulus are just a waste of an ingredient.

If you’re serious about boosting your testosterone levels, we suggest you look elsewhere. You can see what we recommend for this year by clicking the box below:
