Review Overview – What does YouFit Nutrition’s T-Performance Boost do?
From YouFit we have T-Performance Boost, a natural testosterone booster claimed to:
- Increase Performance
- Boost Natural Muscle Strength
- But how well does it do this really?
In this review we look closer into T-Performance’s servings and ingredients to see if it’s really worth the money.
This is what we found:
How are the servings?
Good.
With 3 servings a day (1 with each meal), T-Performance Boost gives your body a constant supply of nutrients to keep your Testosterone constantly on the rise.
However this all depends on whether the ingredients are good whether it will actually be effective.

What about the ingredients in YouFit Nutrition’s T-Performance Boost?
Not great.
The problem is the proprietary blend. This means a lot of the ingredients have been put under one value.
This means we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective it will be.
There’s also quite a few ineffective ingredients, take a look:
Zinc
One of the better minerals for boosting testosterone out there.
Zinc is used for several reactions in the brain which help create the luteinzing hormone (LH), the precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone.
It’s a great addition.
Fenugreek
A solid libido enhancer, which may help boost testosterone.
By helping to regulate blood sugar, Fenugreek helps cut down Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) a protein which binds to testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency.
With lower SHBG more testosterone is available and your free testosterone levels are higher.
L-Citrulline
Found in watermelons and promotes blood flow, but doesn’t promote testosterone.
Studies have shown for this nutrient to be effective it needs to be around 6 – 8g which we definitely won’t find in this proprietary blend.
L-Arginine
Thought to promote blood flow but can’t with oral supplementation as it is a struggle for the body to absorb.
Tribulus Terrestris
One of the worst testosterone boosters on the market.
Tribulus was originally thought to be an effective t-booster, studies have shown otherwise.
Clinical studies have shown Tribulis Terrestris does not boost testosterone, but it has been seen in some cases to boost libido.
Maca
Similar to Tribulus, this nutrient was thought to support testosterone levels – unfortunately no studies have confirmed this.
It has never been seen to boost testosterone.
Boron
One of the better minerals out there for testosterone levels.
Studies have shown that regular supplementation of Boron can lead to improved testosterone and lower estrogen levels.
L-Carnitine
An amino acid seen to boost metabolism and energy levels, however, it may be under dosed here.
It has only been seen to be effective in doses of 500 – 2500mg, which is not what you’ll find in this proprietary blend.
Overall, there are two main problems with YouFit Nutrition’s T-Performance Boost, the ineffective ingredients and the proprietary blend.
Many of the ingredients lack clinical backing, and on top of that we don’t know how much we’re getting of each ingredient. There are better choices out there.

YouFit Nutrition’s T-Performance Boost Review Conclusion
Overall this product far from delivers and there are several reasons why.
If you are thinking about getting this T-Booster, this is what you need to know:
- Ineffective Ingredients – Many nutrients used lack clinical backing
- Proprietary Blend – We don’t know how much of each ingredient we’re getting or how effective it will be
- Missing Core Nutrients – Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Magnesium are all essential to boosting T and not in this product
Needless to say, there are better options out there.
