How are the Servings?


With only one serving a day, it’s going to be hard to help your T-levels progress with White Stallion.

The secret to effective testosterone boosting is plenty of servings. With 3 – 4 servings a day you can give your body a constant supply of the nutrients it needs and help it progress throughout the day.

This is much harder to achieve with 24 hour gaps between doses.

What about the ingredients in White Stallion?

Not great.

The main problem with White Stallion Premium Testosterone Booster is that it misses many of the core ingredients necessary for raising T.

And the ingredients it does include are lacking the clinical evidence needed to back up their claims.

Tribulus Terrestris

Once thought to boost testosterone levels, the studies have shown this to not be the case.

Despite marketing claims, Tribulus Terrestris has not been seen to boost testosterone. However it may have some mild effect on libido.

Fenugreek’s main benefit is that it regulates blood sugar and insulin levels. Insulin is a killer of testosterone, and the less you have of it the better – and more testosterone can circulate.

Digestive Proteolytic Blend

A collection of protease and bromelain.

These are enzymes that are extracted from pineapple. They do not help boost testosterone levels, but they have been seen to help with digestion and heartburn.

Coleus Forskholii

A nutrient linked to fat loss and boosting testosterone – however, is it really that effective?

Apparently not. Studies have shown it just isn’t that promising with effects being mild at most.

Milk Thistle

This isn’t a testosterone booster – but it may help with liver health.

This nutrient is usually taken after a cycle of prohormones.

Alpha Lipoic Acid

Thought to boost fat loss, but that has been seen to not be the case.

Studies have shown ALA doesn’t have enough of an impact on your body to encourage fat loss.

Eurycoma Longifolia (LongJack)

Another poor testosterone booster.

Although thought to raise testosterone levels, studies have proved otherwise.

There is no evidence of this nutrient raising testosterone. It may however support libido.

Horny Goat Weed

Like Eurycoma, Horny Goat Weed was thought to boost testosterone.

However, the results prove otherwise. There has been no evidence to vouch for Horny Goat Weed’s ability to boost testosterone.

It might support libido.

Black Pepper Extract

On the whole, this ingredient profile is pretty poor. White Stallion is missing several core ingredients that are essential to testosterone boosting – Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Zinc and Magnesium would all be good in this product, but not one is included. Also, many of the ingredients like Tribulus Terrestris and Horny Goat Weed lack clinical evidence.
