Review Overview – What does TestdroGEN do?

testdrogen-reviewBrought to us by Hybrid Neutraceuticals Inc., TestdroGEN is natural testosterone booster claimed to:

Boost Testosterone

  • Increase Energy and Strength
  • Enhance Sex Drive
  • Block Estrogen

But does it really?

In this review we look at the science, servings and ingredients behind this product to see if it really is up to industry standard.

This is what we’ve found:

How are the Servings?

Poor.

With only 1 a day, you won’t get that much benefit out of this product.

For fast rising T-levels you need something that provides your body with a constant flow of the right nutrients, and the only way you can achieve this is with a lot of servings.

For the best results you need 3 – 4 servings a day. This keeps your body constantly topped up with the nutrients it needs and allows your T levels to steadily rise.

P.S.: We’ve made a shortlist of the T-Boosters that do this the best with the highest quality ingredients, and you can check them out in the link below:

What about the ingredients in TestdroGEN?

Not great.

There are a mix of good and bad choices here, but the problem is that they all make up part of a proprietary blend.

This means we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective it will be.

Take a look at what we found here:

TestdroGEN’s Proprietary Blend:

  • D-Aspartic Acid
  • Longjack Tongkat Ali
  • Zinc
  • Fenugreek
  • Tribulus Terrestris
  • 3,4-Divanillyltetrahydrofuran
  • Magnesium
  • Evodiamine
  • DHEA
  • DMAE

D-Aspartic Acid

One of the core testosterone boosting nutrients out there.

D-Aspartic Acid plays a big part in the body to create the Lutienizing Hormone (LH), which is the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone.

However you need to be sure that you’re getting enough. 1500mg and over should do the trick – if it’s in this product.

LongJack

Originally thought to boost testosterone, however it didn’t turn out this way.

Studies have shown that LongJack doesn’t help raise testosterone levels, but it could help with libido.

Zinc

A core T-Boosting mineral. Used for reactions in the brain to boost LH, zinc is a great choice for raising testosterone and growth hormone.

Fenugreek

An indirectly working free testosterone booster.

Fenugreek is a great libido enhancer and can lower your body’s blood glucose levels, indirectly lowering your body’s Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG).

SHBG is a protein in your body that binds to testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency, making it useless. With less of it in your system, the better.

Tribulus Terrestris

This is a poor testosterone booster promoted by clever marketing, and unfortunately another addition in TestdroGEN.

Tribulus was once thought to raise T levels and was brought into the supplement market soon after, unfortunately there is no study out there that vouches for its effectiveness.

It has never been proven to work.

3,4-Divanilyltetrahydrofuran

This essentially just stinging nettle extract by a scientific name, although it does have some merit.

Studies have shown stinging nettle may inhibit SHBG and stop it using up so much testosterone.

Magnesium

A mineral that’s great for boosting free testosterone.

Magnesium, like Stinging Nettle has also been know to inhibit SHBG allowing more T to circulate.

Evodiamine

A traditional Chinese medicine that may, or may or burn fat.

The studies on this berry have been unreliable, one thing is for sure though: it definitely doesn’t raise testosterone.

DHEA

A natural hormone linked to increasing both estrogen and testosterone levels.

However, studies have shown that oral supplementation of this nutrient have been unreliable.

DMAE

A nutrient that may boost cognition in some people. Found in beauty creams, DMAE has not been linked to boosting testosterone levels.testdrogen-main-image

Overall this nutrient profile has some good choices, but also some pretty bad ones.

Many of the ingredients are ineffective, and there’s a big problem with that proprietary blend. We could be getting a lot of the bad choices and not a lot of the good ones.

It’s definitely not the best option we’ve seen.

TestdroGEN Review Conclusion

Overall this isn’t the best T-Booster we’ve seen, not by a long shot.

If you’re thinking about buying TestdroGEN to help your T-Levels, this is what you need to know:

  • Poor Servings – With only one a day, your hormones aren’t getting enough top ups to constantly rise
  • Proprietary Blend – We don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective it will be because of this
  • Some ineffective ingredients – Not every nutrient is backed by clinical trials and doesn’t have proof for its effectiveness

Needless to say this isn’t your best choice.
