Review Overview – What does SupaSize do?
Made by Supa, SupaSize is a testosterone booster claimed to:
- Increase Libido
- Boost Testosterone
- Enhance Stamina
But how well does it work?
We’ve looked at the ingredients, servings and science behind SupaSize in this review and we’re not entirely impressed by what we’ve seen – this is what you need to know:
Are the servings effective?
They could be a lot better.
With only 1 – 2 servings a day, a lot more can be done to help your testosterone levels significantly rise.
Ideally, your T-levels need constant support for the best results. With 3 – 4 servings being optimum.
This means your testosterone is constantly supplied with the good stuff it needs and it can continue to rise throughout the day.

How are the ingredients in SupaSize?
Not great.
The problem is that there are a lot of ineffective choices here.
Many of the ingredients lack the clinical backing or have been seen to have very minor results.
On top of that we don’t know how much of each ingredient is used in SupaSize.
Here’s what you need to know:
Vitamin E
Linked to boosting the immune system, Vitamin E may help promote wellness rather than testosterone levels.
A better choice would’ve been Vitamin D3 which has been closely linked to boosting your testosterone levels when taken in large amounts.
Ginkgo Bilboa
Thought to support brain health and cognition, although effects appear to be unreliable.
It may not give you the desired effect, and it definitely won’t increase testosterone levels.
Saw Palmetto
Although not a testosterone booster, Saw Palmetto helps make health in other ways.
Seen to help with the reduction of enlarged prostate symptoms, Saw Palmetto helps manage the condition to some minor extent.
Asian Ginseng
A nutrient that indirectly boosts testosterone and boosts blood flow.
Asian Ginseng may help with erections, and it also lowers high blood sugar – which lowers your body’s overall Sex Hormone Binding Globulin.
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin is a protein that binds with your testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency. With less of it in your system, more testosterone can freely circulate.
Cayenne Fruit
A good thermogenic and fat burner, but a poor testosterone booster.
The heat in Cayenne Pepper raises your body’s core temperature after absorption. This makes your body start a cool-down process that burns extra calories.
It’s great for weight loss, but not for T-Levels.
Hawthorn
A berry extract that may support joint health, but has not been linked to testosterone levels.
Tribulus Terrestris
On the whole, Tribulus is an ineffective testosterone booster.
First thought to help boost T-levels when it entered the supplement industry, and marketing did the rest.
However, after numerous studies there has been no evidence that links this nutrient to effective testosterone boosting, and there are several other natural nutrients out there that do a better job.
Oat Extract
Also known as Avena Sativa, a part of Oat that may help boost testosterone.
Unfortunately studies have shown that the results are unreliable.
On the whole, this is a pretty poor nutrient profile. Zinc, Magnesium, D-Aspartic Acid and Vitamin D3 are all the hard hitting natural testosterone boosters, and not a single one are in SupaSize.
To make things worse we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective it will be as it is a proprietary blend.

From this review, this is what you need to know:
- Poor Servings – Too few a day for effective results
- Ineffective ingredients – Many nutrients lack clinical backing
- Proprietary Blend – Don’t know how much of each ingredient we’re getting or how effective it will be
- Missing core nutrients – Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Zinc and Magnesium are all missing from this product
