But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Sheer Alpha to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

How are the servings?

Bad.

With only 1 serving a day, raising testosterone with this product will be a slow process.

Your body can only absorb so much in one serving. For the best results, you need to give your body a slow drip of the nutrients it needs throughout the day.

For the best results, you need around 3 – 4 a day. This keeps you topped up every couple of hours, and ensures you see faster results.

What about the ingredients in Sheer Alpha?

Not good.

So many of the ingredients used in this product are outdated.

Although though thought to boost T several years ago, studies have exposed their true nature.

Take a look:sheer-alpha-side-effects

We’ve summarized it all at the end of this section.

Horny Goat Weed

One of the poorer testosterone boosters on the market.

Once thought to help promote T. The sad truth is this nutrient has only been marketed so hard because of its name.

In reality, studies have shown that it has very little effect on testosterone, and at most mildly raises libido.

Maca

Another poor choice unfortunately.

When it comes to t-boosting Maca falls short of the mark.

It’s been seen to have a minor effect on libido – but no effect when it comes to impacting T.

Tribulus Terrestris

One of the worst offenders for being a bad testosterone booster.

Tribulus Terrestris was originally thought to boost testosterone – and was heavily marketed because of this.

However, like many other ingredients in this blend, it has been only linked to promoting libido in studies.

Eurycoma Longifolia (LongJack)

LongJack falls into a similar category.

Like almost all of the other ingredients we’ve covered in this product, LongJack has one certain quality:

Thought to boost testosterone, but actually only raises libido – and only by a little bit.

Ginkgo Biloba

Not a testosterone booster, but a cognitive enhancer – and not a very good one.

Studies have shown that regular supplementation of Ginkgo Biloba may or may not promote mental performance.

It’s varies from study to study – with research now suggesting that it might just be a placebo effect.

DIM

An aromatase inhibitor (estrogen suppressor).

DIM is commonly extracted from Broccoli. It may help reduce overall estrogen.

However more research needs to be done.sheer-alpha-results

Nutrient Overview:

Overall, the ingredients in Sheer Alpha aren’t great at all.

The majority are outdated testosterone boosters. Once thought to raise T, but actually just have a mild impact on libido.

This may have been more favorable a few years ago, before recent studies – however  a little research will show they’re not fooling anyone.

It’s missing so many core T-Boosters; Zinc, Magnesium, D-Aspartic Acid, Vitamin D3 as all great choices. Where are they in this mix?

Side Effects

There have been no side effects reported with this testosterone booster.

Is there anything better than this T-Booster?

Yes there is.

There are far better testosterone boosters on the market that promote:

  1. Overall Testosterone
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Muscle Mass
  4. Sex Drive
  5. Energy
  6. Mood

And all the other added benefits that come with higher testosterone levels – and we’ve narrowed it down to only a few products.

Sheer Alpha Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster on the market, and there are several reasons why.

From this review, this is what you need to know about Sheer Alpha:

  • Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, you will be not giving your body the constant nutrient supply it needs to raise testosterone.
  • Ineffective ingredients – Almost all of the nutrients used lack clinical backing to boost testosterone.
  • No Core T-Boosters – Zinc, Magnesium, D-Aspartic Acid, Vitamin D3 are all missing from this product.

As you can see, it’s not your best option.
