With only 2 servings a day, there’s on so much of an effect you can expect to get out of this T-Booster.
For the best results you need one that supplies your body with around 3 – 4 servings per day.

What about the ingredients in Elevate?
There are some good choices, and some bad ones in Elevate.
The main issue is the overuse of ineffective ingredients. This cuts out space for any core T-boosting nutrients that would’ve been more effective.

One of the better minerals for boosting testosterone.
Zinc is used by your body for reactions in the brain that help create the Lutienizing Hormone (LH), this is the precursor to both Testosterone and Growth Hormone.
This mineral is better for increasing free testosterone.
Seen to promote free testosterone, magnesium works by inhibiting Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) – the protein that binds to free testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency.
With less SHBG active, more testosterone can flow freely through your bloodstream.
A poor testosterone booster, with the science to prove it.
Tribulus has been seen in numerous studies to fail as a testosterone booster, despite what the marketing behind it has claimed.
It may give a mild lift to libido.
Similar to Tribulus, this is another testosterone booster claimed to work by marketing, but actually produced totally different results.
Studies have shown LongJack does not promote testosterone, but may have some link to libido.
Found in oats and may produce testosterone.
Avena Sativa has had mixed results in promoting the male hormone, and has been seen on the whole to be unreliable.
One of the better testosterone boosters.
Also known as Velvet Bean, Mucuna Pruriens have been seen to boost testosterone, but also feelings of well-being by increasing happy hormones like Serotonin and Dopamine.
Another failed T-Booster.
There are no studies that show this Peruvian Root raises testosterone, it may however help libido in some cases.
This does not boost testosterone but it may have other benefits.
Seen to have a minor effect on the prostate, Saw Palmetto may mildly reduce the symptoms of an enlarged Prostate.
Overall, there a mix of both good and bad ingredients here, but in terms of raising testosterone, there’s really only 3 to be concerned with – the zinc, magnesium and Mucuna Pruriens.
That means there are a lot of ineffective other ingredients in this product and it’s not your best bet for boosting T.

Overall, this T-Booster needs a lot of work and there are several reasons why.
If you’re looking at using Elevate, this is what you need to know:
- Servings need improving – 2 a day isn’t enough for optimal testosterone boosting
- Ineffective Ingredients – Many nutrients lack clinical backing
- Missing core nutrients – Vitmain D3 or D-Aspartic Acid would’ve been better choices
