How are the servings?
Poor.
With only one serving per day in this testosterone booster from Nutrinalis, there’s only so much it can do for your T-levels.
For effective results your testosterone levels need a constant supply of nutrients so they can continue to rise throughout the day. With only one serving, there’s a 24 hour window between doses. This is not the best option.
You should be looking for a T-Booster that has around 3 – 4 servings a day. This ensures that you get that regular supply of nutrients to continually boost your testosterone levels.

What about the ingredients in Nutrinalis’ T-Booster?
They need improvement.
The main problem with this product, is that it uses a proprietary blend. This means we know what ingredients are used, but not how much of them is in this product.
This means it’s difficult for us to know how effective this product is for boosting testosterone.
To make matters worse, the nutrient profile wasn’t that great in itself. Take a look:
Maca
A Peruvian root originally thought to boost testosterone.
Unfortunately, recent studies have shown that maca has no effect on testosterone levels but may have a mild ability to boost libido.
Eurycoma Longifolia/LongJack
Long Jack is another herb that falls into the same boat. Again, thought to boost testosterone, but seeing only to help libido.
It will not do anything for your T levels.
Korean Ginseng
A good libido enhancer, with a mild effect on free testosterone levels.
By reducing the amount of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin in the body – the protein that binds to testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency, this herb allows more testosterone to circulate throughout your system.
Reishi
A mushroom from Japan that has been seen to promote the immune system.
This is good for overall health, but does not do much for your testosterone levels.
Saw Palmetto
Another nutrient that does not help testosterone levels although it does have other benefits.
Better in older man, this helps those with enlarged prostates, with studies showing it may have a minor effect at reducing the symptoms of the condition.
Muira Puama
A traditional aphrodisiac that may help boost libido, although studies are lacking.
There is also a thought that this nutrient may promote cognition and focus, however, more studies need to be done.
Oyster Extract
One of the better T-boosters out there. Containing 10x more zinc than red meat, Oyster extract helps boost the luteinzing hormone (LH) in the body, which is key to promoting both testosterone and growth hormone.
If only we knew how much was being used in this product.
Sea Cucumber
Not a testosterone booster, but a nice addition. Sea cucumber has been shown in studies to help ease joint pain and fight against gum disease.
On the whole there are a few problems with this testosterone booster from Nutrinalis. The main one being the proprietary blend, we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used – which makes it difficult to know how effective it will be.
Also it’s missing several key nutrients. Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid or Magnesium all would’ve been great in this product.
