Review Overview – What does Natures Design Male Enhancement do?
A natural testosterone booster from the folks at Natures Design, Male Enhancement is thought to:
- Improve Energy
- Promote Stamina
- Increase Sex Drive
But does it really?
You can only have these benefits with raised testosterone levels, so how well does it do this?
We’ve taken a close look at the science, servings and ingredients in Natures Design’s product and we were shocked at what we found in this review.
Take a look:
How are the servings?
Bad.
With only a day, there’s only so much of an impact this T-Booster can have on your hormones – and it’s not a lot.
For testosterone levels to constantly rise, they also need a constant supply of nutrients.
You need around 3 – 4 daily servings to get the best results. We’ve made a shortlist of the testosterone boosters that work the best for this, you can check them out below:

What about the ingredients in Natures Design Male Enhancement?
Poor.
For starters, they’re all in proprietary blends. This means we don’t know how much is being used, or how effective they will be on the whole.
Secondly, there’s a serious lack of the core T-boosters in this product.
Take a look at what we found:
Indole-3-Carbinol
Also known as DIM, and found in green vegetables like broccoli. There are not many studies to vouch for this nutrient being effective, however, there is thought that it can help lower estrogen levels.
But more work is needed to prove this.
Chrysin
From mushrooms, and can boost testosterone if used properly. Unfortunately the only study that shows this nutrient to be effective at raising testosterone involves injecting it directly into the testes.
It does not work when supplemented orally.
Resveratrol
Extracted from grapes, this nutrient may help with blood flow and circulation. It will not however help with testosterone levels.
Fenugreek
A good libido enhancer, with some indirect effects for boosting testosterone. Fenugreek has been shown to your body’s blood sugar – which is a good thing. This lowers the amount of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin in your system – a protein that binds to testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency.
Cissus Quadrangularis
This nutrient, unfortunately has not been seen to raise testosterone levels.
However, it may have some use as an anti-inflammatory on your joints.
Tongkat Ali (LongJack)
Originally thought to be an effective testosterone booster, studies have shown this to not be the case.
Long Jack may help improve libido, although results are unreliable.
3, 4 Divanillyltetrahydrofuran
Essentially just stinging nettle, or more precisely, one of its main components.
It’s known to inhibit sex hormone binding globulin, promoting free testosterone. A good choice for a T-Booster.
Milk Thistle and N-Acetly-L-Cysteine
Two nutrients that have both been seen to improve liver function and overall health. However, their effects are minor.
They’re usually used in stacks of guys after taking methylated steroids or other drugs that promote organ recovery.
They do not boost testosterone.
On the whole, there are only two effective ingredients in this entire product for boosting testosterone.
And the fact that they are put into proprietary blends just makes matters worse. We don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or by extension how effective they will be.
This is definitely not your best option on the market, it’s missing too many of the core ingredients.

Natures Design Male Enhancement Review Conclusion
Overall, there are too many flaws with this product at present for us to confidently recommend it.
This what you need to know:
- Poor Servings – 1 a day is not enough to ensure sufficient testosterone boosting
- Ineffective Ingredients – Only 2 of the ingredients in this product have been shown to support testosterone
- Missing Core Nutrients – Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid or Zinc all would’ve made this product so much better.
