Review Overview – What does Natural Health Prime Testosterone Booster do?

natural-health-prime-reviewA natural testosterone booster brought to us by the guys down at Natural Health Prime.

Claiming to:

  • Increase Strength
  • Reduce Fat
  • Boost Testosterone
  • Enhance Muscle Tone

We put this product to the test to see if it was actually as good as it claimed.

Unfortunately it didn’t exactly live up to expectations. This is what we’ve found:

What are the servings like?

Poor.

With only one serving a day, there’s only so much benefit you can get from Natural Health Prime’s product. To continually rise, testosterone levels need a constant supply of nutrients to ensure they progress at a steady pace – that isn’t guaranteed with this product.

What you should be looking for:

For the best results you want to be looking for a testosterone booster that has around 3 – 4 servings a day. This gives your hormonal levels that constant top-up they need to keep them supplied and constantly growing.

How are the ingredients?

Not great.

Natural Health Prime’s Testosterone Booster only has 2 of the key nutrients we look for in a T-Booster. Many of the core nutrients are missing which drastically affects progress with your testosterone levels.

Take a look:supp-facts-nhp

Magnesium

This is a great nutrient for improving free testosterone levels. Magnesium works by reducing the amount of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin in our system – a protein that saps testosterone of it’s potency, reducing the overall amount.

This allows for more testosterone to circulate in your bloodstream.

Zinc

One of the key minerals for boosting luteinizing hormone in the body – this is the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone. Vital for producing more T.

Tribulus Terrestris

Although thought to help boost testosterone, recent studies have suggested that may be all a marketing ploy, with studies confirming Tribulus has no impact on testosterone levels.

It may, however, help raise libido.

Chrysin

Unfortunately Chrysin falls into the same category but for different reasons. Studies have shown Chrysin does raise testosterone levels – but only in studies when the nutrient was injected directly into the testes.

Horny Goat Weed & Longjack

In a similar boat to Tribulus. Both of these nutrients have no supporting evidence that shows they boost testosterone levels, however studies have shown that they both have merit towards improving libido.

Hawthorn Berries & Cissus Quadrangularis

Again, these nutrients have been seen to not help raise testosterone, however, they do provide some help with joint pain relief as an anti-inflammatory.natural-health-prime-feature

Overall, the only effective active ingredients in this supplement are the magnesium and the zinc – these will have a mild effect but won’t have a considerable impact. What Natural Health Prime’s T-Booster is missing is many of the core testosterone boosting nutrients like Vitamin D3 and D-Aspartic Acid.

Natural Health Prime Review Conclusion

On the whole this is far from the best Testosterone Booster we’ve seen on the market.

The first problem we had with this product was the servings. With only 1 a day in Natural Health Prime’s T-Booster, you can’t guarantee a constant progression in your T-levels. It’d be a lot better if it had 3 – 4 servings a day.

On top of that the ingredients need work. This product seems to be more of a libido enhancer than anything else, as the only active T-boosters it contains are magnesium and zinc.

There are a lot of core ingredients missing, and there are better alternatives out there that contain them.

You can see our current highest rated testosterone booster in the link below, it’ll definitely offer a more effective result:
