mahlers-aggressive-strength-reviewReview Overview – What does Mahler’s Aggressive Strength do?

Aggressive Strength, brought to us by Mahler is a testosterone booster claimed to:

  • Boost Energy
  • Enhance Mood
  • Improve Recovery
  • Boost Testosterone

But does it, actually?

We’ve been taking a closer look at the ingredients and servings in Aggressive Strength and we’re not entirely convinced. Here is what we’ve found:

How are the Servings?

Poor.

With only one serving a day, there’s only so much benefit you can expect to get from this product. You need constant servings throughout the day to ensure a steady rise in your testosterone levels – unfortunately you don’t get that here.

What you should be looking for:

For the best testosterone boosting experience, you need a T-Booster that supplies your body with around 3 – 4 servings a day. This gives you a constant flow of nutrients, so your testosterone levels can continue to grow.

What about the ingredients in Aggressive Strength?

Okay – but there’s a problem.

Firstly, the entire testosterone booster is a just a big proprietary blend, this means we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective it might be.

Secondly, there’s a chance of side effects. Here, take a look:aggressive-strength-supp-facts

Stinging Nettle Extract

Thought to help with the decrease of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), the protein that binds to free testosterone, and strips it of it’s anabolic potency. With less of this in the bloodstream more testosterone can circulate increasing your overall levels.

However, this all depends on how much Stinging Nettle is actually being used.

ProLensis (Bulbine Natalensis)

Although there have been studies which show Bulbine Natalensis to improve testosterone levels, there’s a problem. There are side effects.

It may help with T-levels but this nutrient also affects organ function in the same manner as a steroid cycle.

Also all the studies that use this nutrient are rats, leading no conclusive evidence for how it will work for humans.

Mucuna Pruriens

Also known as Velvet Bean and linked to increased dopamine, sperm quality and testosterone production.

Again though, you have to realize as the dosages for this nutrient aren’t enclosed we have no clue is this an effective amount.

Ashwagandha

This may help with testosterone levels, albeit indirectly. Ashwaganda’s main effect after consumption is it’s ability to reduce stress. This lowers the amount of cortisol in the body, the stress hormone, which directly affects and lowers testosterone.mahlers-aggressive-strength-main-image

On the whole, there are three main problems with this nutrient profile:

#1 It’s a proprietary blend – we don’t know how effective these ingredients can be or if they’re under-dosed.
#2 There’s potential side effects – Bulbine Natalensis has been linked to organ damaged
#3 Missing core ingredients – Vitamin D3, Zinc, D-Aspartic Acid, all would’ve been good choices for this supplement

Side Effects

The main side effects to worry about with this product are the links that have been made between the Bulbine Natalensis and internal organ damage.

That’s enough for us to advise that you avoid this product.

Is there anything better out there?

Definitely.

We’ve looked on the market for the best testosterone boosters that:

  • Support Testosterone Production
  • Promote Free Testosterone
  • Reduce Estrogen
  • Boost Sex Drive, Muscle Mass, Fat Loss

And we’ve narrowed it down to a handful. You can take a look at what we rated the highest below:

Mahler’s Aggressive Strength Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

Overall, although there are some good ingredients in this product, there’s are too many problems elsewhere that drag it down.

The proprietary blend stops us knowing how much of each ingredient is being used. There are side effect risks from the Bulbune Natalensis. The serving schedule is poor, and on the whole this ingredient profile needed a lot more of the core T-boosting nutrients like Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid and Zinc.

This is definitely not the best T-booster out there, not by a mile.
