Review Overview – What does INCITE ELITE do?

incite-elite-reviewIncite Elite is a testosterone booster that claims to:

  • Increase Testosterone Levels
  • Aid Protein Synthesis
  • Increase Muscle Mass
  • Improve Libido

It’s sold mostly on Amazon, and a lot of our readers are concerned if it’s really up to standard.

So does it actually work?

We looked at the science behind Incite Elite, and this is what we found:

The Servings

With only 2 servings a day, there’s only so much benefit you can expect to get from Incite Elite – and it’s not a lot.

The best testosterone boosters constantly give your body a top-up of the nutrients it needs to constantly boost T-levels. This is usually around 3 – 4 servings a day. This is ensures you will continue to make progress.

P.S.: You can find the Testosterone Boosters that do this the best by checking out our highest rated testosterone boosters in the link below:

The Ingredients

Verdict: Poor

Overall, the ingredients in Incite Elite are pretty hit and miss.

There are a range of nutrients in here with a combination of Vitamins and T-Boosters. Unfortunately however, quite a few of the nutrients we’re looking for are under-dosed.

Here’s what we found – we’ve written up the most notable ingredients:suppfacts-incite-elite

D-Aspartic Acid

One of the better testosterone boosters out there. DAA helps your body produce more of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH) which is the precursor to testosterone.

Unfortunately in Incite Elite, it has been heavily under-dosed. With studies showing anywhere from daily doses of 2000mg or more being effective, this product’s 820mg dose just isn’t going to cut it.

Magnesium

A promoter of free testosterone. Magnesium inhibits Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), the protein that binds to testosterone and saps it of it’s anabolic potency – and allows more testosterone to freely circulate throughout your body.

Fenugreek

This traditionally used herb is thought to help with libido, but it does have some mild effect on testosterone. By it’s ability to lower blood glucose, this herb inadvertently lowers SHBG and frees up more testosterone.

Maca

By far the largest ingredient in this product – 2000mg, but also the most ineffective.

There are some studies that show Maca may help with libido, but it’s unreliable. On top of that it has no connection to boosting testosterone.

Zinc

Another good mineral for promoting testosterone levels. Zinc works similar to D-Aspartic Acid with its ability to help increase Luteinzing Hormone (LH) which is the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone.

Vitamin D3

Vitmain D3 is one of the strongest natural testosterone boosting nutrients on the market. Technically a hormone, this nutrient has been seen to have a large effect on T levels and bone health.

However, studies have shown only when supplementing 3000 IU or more daily does the nutrient have any effect. Incit Elite only has 4mcg, which roughly translates to 160 IU – far below what we were expecting.

Overall, this testosterone booster has both good sides and bad sides. It contains a lot vitamins that have minimal effect on testosterone levels, with a handful of effective nutrient – unfortunately the main ones that work are under-dosed.

INCITE ELITE Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

Overall, this could’ve been a great testosterone booster – but it’s made some serious mistakes that completely hold it back.

Here’s what we didn’t like:

  • Poor Servings – With only 2 servings a day, Incite Elite doesn’t give your body a constant enough supply of nutrients to help your T-levels grow effectively.
  • Under-dosed servings – The core ingredients like D-Aspartic Acid and Vitamin D3, the crucial ones for boosting testosterone are very under-dosed.

Overall, we wouldn’t suggest you go with this T-Booster. If you want to safely and effectively boost your testosterone, check out our Top Recommendations, or our current favorite below:
