But how effective is it really?

In this review, we look closer at PRO Turbo T, to see how effective it really is, this is what we’ve found:

How are the servings?

Poor.

With only 1 serving a day, there’s only so much benefit you can expect to get out of this testosterone booster.

For effective testosterone boosting your hormones need constant support. Ideally this involves having 3 – 4 servings per day.

With only one serving a day, the risk is that your testosterone levels slip back down to their baseline over the 24 hour period between servings.

It’s not your best option.

What about the ingredients in HighT’s PRO Turbo T?

Not Great.

There’s only a handful of good ingredients in this product that boost testosterone.

The rest are either outdated and ineffective, unreliable, or irrelevant to testosterone boosting.

This is what you need to know about them:hight-pro-turbo-t-side-effects

The Good

  • Zinc – Perfect for testosterone production. Zinc is used for reactions in the brain that promote the luteinzing hormone (LH), this is the precursor to both testosterone and growth hormone.
  • Fenugreek – A traditional indian herb that is great for libido and testosterone. Fenugreek works by regulating your body’s blood sugar levels, and reducing insulin. Insulin directly interferes with testosterone – the less you have of it in your system, the more T you’ll have available.
  • Rhodiola Rosea – Not a testosterone booster – but a mental performance enhancer. Rhodiola has been seen to help with focus, mood and memory. It’s a good nutrient to have in the mix.
  • Boron – Another good choice. Boron has been linked in several studies with the ability to raise testosterone, but also lower estrogen. However, these results are critically dose dependent.
  • L-Citrulline – Good for blood flow, not for testosterone. L-Citrulline is converted into L-Arginine in the liver – which produces nitric oxide – a vasodilator that expands blood flow and allows for better circulation.

The Bad

  • Tynanthus Panurensis – Thought to have some libido boosting abilities, but more research needs to be done.
  • NADH (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) – A coenzyme that helps promote electrons mildly through supplementation, and offers no benefit to overall health or testosterone.
  • Beta Alanine – Used to boost physical performance, buffers the acid in your muscles, but has been linked to side effects.
  • L-Arginine – Linked to promoting nitric oxide, although it studies have shown it to have no effect when supplemented orally – it can’t be absorped properly. L-Citrulline is a better option.
  • Rasperi-K – Thought to work as a fat burner, but studies have proved otherwise. Raspberry Ketones are a ‘fad’ ingredients, and althought marketed heavily, do not influence fat loss.
  • Caffeine – Although a potent energy booster, caffeine has been seen to spark releases of cortisol – the stress hormone, which directly interferes with testosterone, and lowers the male hormone.

Ingredients Bottom Line:

As you can see, there are numerous arguments for both sides – but on the whole it’s not great.

There are a lot of ineffective ingredients in here, really, there are only 3 effective testosterone boosters (Fenugreek, Zinc, and Boron).

And then you have to take into account the proprietary blends – you don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredients or how effective it will be.

It’s just not that good of a profile.

Side Effects

The main thing you have to worry about here is the Beta Alanine. Linked to causing paresthesia – an itching in the face and hands – this nutrient can be incredibly distracting throughout the day. Especially if you require a lot of focus.

Is there anything better than this T-Booster?

Yes there is.

There are far better testosterone boosters on the market that promote:

  1. Overall Testosterone
  2. Fat Loss
  3. Muscle Mass
  4. Sex Drive
  5. Energy
  6. Mood

And all the other added benefits that come with higher testosterone levels – and we’ve narrowed it down to only a few products.

HighT PRO Turbo T Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster out there, and there are several reasons why.

From this review, this is what you need to know about HighT Pro Turbo T:

  • Poor Servings – With only 1 serving a day, you’re not going to ensure steady progress with 24 hours between each serving.
  • Ineffective ingredinets – Many of the ingredients used lack clinical backing.
  • Only 3 effective testosterone boosters used – Zinc, Boron and Fenugreek are your only real options here.

Needless to say, it’s not your best option.
