Review Overview: What does Herbal T do?
Commonly found on the Amazon.com website, Herbal T is a testosterone booster aimed at helping men with low T.
Made by Daily Nutra, we found this product to be very hit and miss, having a combination of both effective and ineffective ingredients.
Herbal T claims to help:
- Boost Testosterone
- Increase Stamina
- Raise Libido
From our research, and carefully studying this product, we found that it can only do a few of those things.
If you’re in mixed minds about purchasing this product, we STRONGLY suggest you read this review.
How does Herbal T work?
To be honest, we were underwhelmed by the ingredients in this product. On the one hand, there were no proprietary blends so it was easy to see how effective all the nutrients involved in Herbal T were.
However on the other hand, although some of the ingredients were effective for their purpose, they were not the correct ones for boosting testosterone.
Here is what we thought were the most notable ingredients:
Ashwagandha – A natural herb that has been seen to lower stress and anxiety, which allows it to lower cortisol levels – the stress hormone.
The lower your stress levels, the easier it is for your testosterone levels to rise.
Horny Goat Weed – Thought to help increase testosterone, but in fact is only effective as a libido booster. This may help raise your sex drive but will not do much for your testosterone levels in general.
Cordyceps – A mushroom believed to help promote vitality and youthfulness – however, these claims are vague and hard to prove.
There is some connection between it regulating testosterone production, however the process to achieve this is difficult and not always reliable.
Longjack – A herb that helps libido and has been seen to work as an erectile aid in some cases.
Tribulus Terrestris – Initially marketed as a testosterone booster, tribulus received a lot of attention from supplement companies however, clinical tests have shown this not to be the case.
Trib does not boost your testosterone, however it may help towards boosting libido.
Full List:
The ginseng was a nice touch, but it’s American Ginseng not Asian Red Panax Ginseng – this means it doesn’t have the same effects on free testosterone or libido.
The problem with this T-Booster is that none of the ingredients seem to directly promote testosterone. The same goes for estrogen blockers – there are good ingredients here, but not the right ones. This product will not help boost your testosterone.

Okay, so how do I take it?
Daily Nutra recommend one serving a day of 2 capsules. This is not the best method for boosting testosterone.
The best T-Boosters have 3-4 servings a day. This allows your body to have a constant supply of the nutrients it needs to properly boost testosterone levels, and keep them elevated.
One serving a day leaves a 24 hour window for T-Levels to slip back down to their low levels and greatly hold back your progress.
Is it dangerous, are there side effects?
No side effects have been reported for this T-Booster.
Is there anything better out there?
Of course. There are plenty of testosterone boosters out there that use proven ingredients, with the correct amount of servings per day.

Herbal T Natural Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion
Overall this product was very underwhelming.
The servings were the first problem. One serving a day isn’t the best for optimum testosterone boosting. It gives the body too much time between doses to sink back down to lower testosterone levels.
Ideally it should be around 3 – 4 servings like the products in our Top T-Boosters.
On top of this the ingredients weren’t the best we’ve seen. It seems to focus too much on raising libido than actually boosting testosterone. There are also no ingredients in this product that help with the blocking of estrogen.
Overall it is a weak product with good intentions. If you are thinking about buying Herbal T as a testosterone booster, think again. There are far better ones out there.
