Review Overview – How does Cenegenics Natural Testosterone Formula work?

cenegenics-natural-testosterone-formula-reviewThe Natural Testosterone Formula by Cenegenics is a testosterone booster that is claimed to:

  • Promote Testosterone
  • Increase Virility
  • Boost Sexual Health

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closely at the servings, safety and overall effectiveness of Cenegenics Natural Testosterone Formula to see if it really is up to industry standard.

This is what we’ve found:

How are the Servings?

Not great.

With only 2 a day, you can’t expect a lot of benefit from this testosterone booster.

For the best results you need constant servings to ensure you’re regularly topped up, and that your testosterone levels are progressing.

Ideally something with 3 – 4 servings per day will work the best. Given the ingredients are good.

What about the ingredients in Cenegenics’ Natural Testosterone Formula?

They’re not the best.

On the whole, the ingredients in this product aren’t that great.

Many of the ingredients used are outdated, and have been disproven in numerous studies.

If you’re not that up to speed on testosterone boosting, this will be a real eye-opener.

Take a look:cenegenics-natural-testosterone-formula-side-effects

Mucuna Pruriens

Also known as velvet bean.

This nutrient has been seen in several studies to help with the production of L-DOPA which has been seen to help with the production of both testosterone and growth hormone.

A nutrient that was once thought to help with testosterone – however studies have shown otherwise.

After clinical trials, there has been no sufficient evidence to prove that Maca is an effective testosterone booster, however, it may have some mild effect as a libido enhancer.

Tribulus Terrestris

Another herb that falls short at testosterone boosting.

Like Maca, Trib was thought to raise testosterone, but the evidence in studies just isn’t there. There has been no proof that it boosts testosterone, but it can help to some degree with libido.

Longjack Extract

LongJack is in exactly the same group as Maca and Tribulus.

Once thought to be a good T-Booster, but no evidence is there to show that it actually boosts testosterone.

Cordyceps is a mushroom extract, and it’s only been seen to work in one study.

Cordyceps has only been seen to boost testosterone after being directly injected into the testes. It has not been seen to work when ingested orally.

Muira Puama

This nutrient is a cognitive enhancer – it may increase focus, but it has not been seen to boost testosterone.

Horny Goat Weed

Another disappointing herb.

Horny goat weed was thought to raise testosterone until studies showed that this just isn’t the case.

Damiana Leaf

Like many of the other ingredients in this product – this too was thought to boost testosterone, until studies proved otherwise.

Asian Ginseng

Finally, an effective testosterone booster.

Asian Panax Ginseng regulates blood sugar and insulin. The higher your insulin levels, the lower your testosterone. When your insulin is regulated it becomes manageable and allows your t levels to rise.

Siberian Ginseng

Similar to asian ginseng, but not nearly as effective.

Siberian Ginseng may help with libido but there’s not a lot of evidence out there.

Ingredients Overview:

On the whole, a lot of the ingredients used in Cenegenics Natural Testosterone Formula are outdated. Nutrients once thought to boost testosterone, that have been outed for their lack of effectiveness.

There’s only 2 good nutrients at play here, the Mucuna Pruriens and the Asian Ginseng.

It’s missing a lot of the core ingredients needed to boost testosterone like Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Zinc and Magnesium.

You could do fat better.
